Goh Shou-Yi

GOH Shou-Yi graduated from Purchase College Conservatory of Dance, New York (BFA in Dance) and Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore (Diploma in Dance), under the National Arts Council Arts Scholarship and the Georgette Chen Arts Scholarship respectively. Goh has worked and performed in works by Loni Landon, Kuik Swee Boon, Ku Ming-Shen, Albert Tiong, Lim Fei Shen, Dr. Danny Tan, Yvonne Ng and Stephanie Tooman.

He recently performed with the Purchase Dance Company in their first full season in New York City. During his time in New York, Goh has had the chance to meet and train closely with many established artists such as Janet Panetta (Tanztheater Wuppertal) amongst others. Goh has also presented his works in New York and most recently in the Esplanade da:ns Festival 2013 in Singapore. He has performed regularly with T.H.E Second Company since 2009 and is currently a part-time lecturer at the NAFA Dance Department.
