DiverCity is presented in conjunction with M1 CONTACT 2014.
DiverCity 2014 opens the festival with a celebration of local contemporary dance talents: seasoned performers Yarra Ileto (Philippines/Australia) and Jessica Christina (Indonesia) of T.H.E Dance Company, Sheriden Newman (Australia) of Maya Dance Theatre, and Wang Wei Wei (China), formerly of Arts Fission Company, collaborate for the first time on a new creation!
Four female artists tell their stories of life in Singapore, connected by a shared attribute: as foreign-born individuals based in Singapore, navigating the quirks and foibles of our modern society.
