《整理好的非理性》 Organised Chaos
Making its world premiere at the Esplanade is the highly anticipated collaboration between T.H.E Artistic Director Kuik Swee Boon and resident choreographer Kim Jae Duk. Kim and Kuik explore the premise of ‘organised chaos’《整理好的非理性》; a conscious approach to choreographing without preconceived design.
Liberated from structured process, the artists reject all that is comfortable and familiar to reassemble a language that embraces the chaos of organic, free improvisation – knowing that all will fall into place when nature’s laws of order and logic prevail. 《整理好的非理性》is essentially an observation on the human condition; part of Kim and Kuik’s continual dialogue and inquiry on the social and cultural mores we often abide by without question.
《整理好的非理性》makes its Malaysian premiere at the d’MOTION International Dance Festival 2014, following M1 CONTACT 2014.
