Dance Theatre by Chun Sung Woo

Level: Beginner – Intermediate

Titled “Retaking the Reason”, Chun Sung Woo’s technique class stems from the simple proposition that “every single movement should have a reason.” With echoes of Pina Bausch’s Dance Theatre, the class incorporates basic acting training (for instance; method, subtext, etc) that focuses on movement as a means of expression. Non-dancers and physical actors are welcome to this class.
