Open Calls for cont·act Contemporary Dance Festival 2023:

2022’s edition of cont·act Contemporary Dance Festival brought about a refreshed brand and name that reinforced our commitment to bringing artists and audiences together, and bridging perspectives and building connections. As we continue into our 13th edition, we are looking for unique, distinctive artists and works for the following:

• Open Stage: Tour-ready, high-calibre short performance works from all over the world, especially Southeast Asia. Each year, Open Stage presents a robust selection of exciting dance talent, creating a space for Singaporean, Southeast Asian and international dance artists to share the stage and connect with local audiences.

• Off Stage: Off Stage seeks movement artists and performance-makers with existing works-in-progress to be presented in an intimate studio setting, accompanied by audience feedback and further performance opportunities.
